All of WHO Cares® products are non-refundable. If you find your item isn't fitting quite right, we are more than happy to do an exchange by issuing you a store credit to the value of your item (minus original shipping charges) if the following is met:
  • The return Items must be shipped out within 15 days after you have received the return authorization number from us.

  • We request that all goods are returned within 15 days of the date of you have received your return authorizations number by us.

  • Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached.

  • Please note, any returned item received by us outside of the 15-day return policy will not be accepted. Once received by us, this returned item will be automatically shipped back to you.

  • You must provide the tracking number with the name of your chosen shipping carrier.

  • The store credit coupon will be issued for the amount of the piece/s returned excluding the original shipping cost. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you receive defective or damaged product(s) upon delivery, please send an email to with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we'll send you a replacement one. 


1. Email to let us know you’d like to return your item(s).

2. The Return Authorization Number will be issued if your return is approved. Follow the instructions and ship your item to the return address we provide in our reply.

3. As soon as your return has been processed at our warehouse, we will send you an email on whether your returned item(s) are approved or rejected. If you are approved, the store credit will be issued and sent to you via email within 14 working days.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return amount takes you under the threshold for free postage, the amount will be deducted from your refund as you will no longer be eligible.
